Marcel Štepanovský is a graduate of the Comenius University in Bratislava. Due to his previous work at the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic, Directorate for Environmental Programmes and Projects within EU funding, he has extensive experience with environmental law and administrative law. Apart from general agenda of civil and commercial law, in the law firm L/R/P advokáti, s.r.o., he specializes in cryptocurrencies within the Slovak and European legislation. He has participated in several foreign acquisitions, among others, the acquisition of the Electronic Money Institution licence in Lithuania.

He provides legal advice both in Slovak and English language.
