Lukáš Juck is a graduate of the Comenius University in Bratislava. He provides legal advice in civil law, commercial law, civil procedure, labour law and administrative law. He specializes in corporate structuring, setup of contractual relations between company owners, transfer of property interests, drafting of commercial agreements based on clients´ requirements as well as employee relations with a foreign aspect.
