Rastislav Roško is the founding partner of the office and is currently not in an executive position.

In 2003 he graduated from the Comenius University in Bratislava in the field of law and in 2008 from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Economics in Bratislava in the field of banking. He completed postgraduate studies (LL.M.) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussels in international and comparative law and at the London School of Economics and Political Science in financial law and regulation.

He has been a member of the Slovak Bar Association since 2010, and has also been a member of the Law Society for England and Wales since 2012.

In his professional practice, he focuses mainly on commercial law, M&A, civil law (land law, development, civil law disputes), financial law (project and acquisition financing, syndicated loans; alternative investment funds) and securities law. Prior to practicing law, he also worked for the European Commission.

At present, in addition to working for Slovak Investment Holding, a.s., he is engaged in private investment projects.
